Note: To access the HealthKit features of the SLEEP app, an Apple Watch is required. You have the option to grant or deny permission for the SLEEP Watch app to access your heartbeat. If permission is granted, the app will strive to synchronize the music programming with your heart rate. Your data is stored locally on the device and will be deleted when the app is uninstalled. The SLEEP app uses HealthKit and integrates with the Health app in this manner.
